Why I Like Keto

About Me

Healthy habits are a lifestyle. And when my body feels good, I can simply get more done!

I learned that healthy diets are a journey and based on the individual.

What works for my friends didn’t work for me…and vice-versa.

Personally, I do best with low carb foods and it took me many years to pin that down.

Why I was Looking

All my life up to my 20’s I was active with sports, but as sports slowed down, weight came on.

Worse than the few extra pounds, I felt tired all the time. Like even after a good night’s sleep.

After years of trying lots of ideas, keto friendly is where it’s at for me.

In addition, I’m significantly reducing my lectins and the combination is making me feel 10 years younger. Plus…I wish I knew about probiotics sooner,

This website is where I’ll keep track of my notes and document my findings. Good and bad.

Products seem to come and go, but many do stick around. If they helped, I might recommend them.

I will also create sections with helpful tips for staying on track (like when you want the bad birthday cake).

I have found that being prepared is half the battle. I’ll get into easy (lazy) recipes for keto and low lectin meal plans.
